Terms
This page summarises the main agreements for services from sitevoorjezaak.nl, a brand of Code League B.V. The quotation and the terms supplied with it together form the agreement.
Quotation and assignment
An assignment starts after the quotation is accepted in writing. It describes scope, timing, feedback rounds, price, and recurring services. Additional work is only carried out after consultation.
Payment
Invoices are paid within the term stated in the quotation and invoice. All website prices exclude VAT. Work or managed services may be suspended when payment is overdue.
Input and timing
The client supplies agreed copy, images, access, and feedback on time. A delivery estimate starts when the required information is complete and moves when input or feedback arrives later.
Intellectual property
After full payment, the client receives the usage or ownership rights described in the quotation. Existing tools, generic components, and Code League B.V. knowledge remain excluded.
Hosting and maintenance
Managed hosting, monitoring, backups, updates, and small changes apply only when included in the quotation. That quotation defines the exact service, cancellation, and handover. With self-hosting, technical management transfers to the client.
Liability
We remedy demonstrable defects within the agreed scope within a reasonable period. Liability is limited as described in the terms supplied with the quotation. Indirect loss and issues caused by third-party services or changes are excluded.
