Privacy statement
Code League B.V. only processes data submitted through sitevoorjezaak.nl to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, and perform agreed services.
Data we process
The contact form and the quote configurator may provide us with your name, email address, company, phone number, chosen package, selected extensions, preferred timing, budget indication, project description, and, when known, the website or campaign you arrived from. Our hosting also processes technical request data for security and operation.
Why we use it
We use the data to respond to your request, prepare a possible agreement, prevent abuse, and provide services securely. We do not use contact details for unsolicited marketing.
Service providers
The website runs on VPS infrastructure managed by Code League B.V. The infrastructure provider may process technical data for hosting and security. Contact and quote requests are delivered by email through Resend. For a quote request we send you a confirmation of your configuration through that same service. Anonymous visitor statistics are collected with GoatCounter, without cookies and without storing IP addresses.
Retention
We keep a standalone enquiry for no longer than twelve months after the last contact unless it becomes an assignment or a legal retention duty applies. Administrative data for an assignment is retained as required by law.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or transfer of your personal data by emailing hallo@sitevoorjezaak.nl. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures. This statement may change when the website or service providers change. The latest version is always published here.
